Updated April 2026
The 2027 Ryder Cup takes place at Adare Manor in County Limerick, Ireland from 24th–26th September 2027. Tens of thousands of spectators will descend on this small village in the west of Ireland — here is everything you need to know about getting there.
Nearest Airports
Shannon Airport (SNN) — 55 km / 45 minutes
The closest international airport. Shannon has direct flights from the UK, Europe, and transatlantic routes from the US and Canada. From the airport, take the N18 south towards Limerick, then the N21 west to Adare. Expect significantly increased traffic during Ryder Cup week — allow extra time.
Cork Airport (ORK) — 100 km / 1 hour 15 minutes
Ireland's second-largest airport with extensive European routes. Take the N20/M20 north to Limerick, then the N21 west to Adare. A straightforward motorway drive.
Dublin Airport (DUB) — 210 km / 2.5 hours
Ireland's busiest airport with the widest range of international flights. Take the M7 motorway south-west through the midlands to Limerick, then the N21 to Adare. Bus Éireann runs direct coaches from Dublin Airport to Limerick city.
Kerry Airport (KIR) — 90 km / 1 hour 10 minutes
A smaller regional airport with flights from Dublin and select UK routes. Take the N21 east directly to Adare — a scenic drive through Kerry and west Limerick.
