Bruree is the historical hometown of one of Irelands most notable figures, president Eamon De Valera, where you may visit a museum dedicated to him, on the site of his old primary school, and also the house where he grew up. We are 20 mins drive to Adare and Limerick city. Killarney is 1hr drive and also we are 20 mins drive to start of the limerick/Kerry Greenway, where you can hire a bike and take in the beautiful scenery on this amazing trek. we are also close to the Ballyhaura mountains if hiking/mountain walks/scrambler biking or clay pigeon shooting is your thing. The river Shannon boasts some amazing boat trips and is also within close proximity to Bruree. My house is a large 5 bed detached home, with all mod cons, ie Sky TV and internet. I have 2 double bedrooms en suite, and 3 smaller double bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have their own TV sets with access to Sky TV Channels. There is a large bathroom and downstairs toilet. I have a large back garden fitted with patio suite and barbeque. The kitchen has all modern appliances ie cooker, fridge, microwave washing machine, dryer etc. we also have a very comfortable Living room with an open log fireplace, 40 inch TV with Sky/Netflix/Paramount, and separate dining room/Bar. There are 2 outdoor sheds for excess storage. The house has oil central heating.

Ryder Cup rentals What you will love about this home: My home is a town house spread out over three floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/living area. This is my favourite space in the house as it is relaxing and cosy. I love to snuggle up on the couch with a book or watch some Netflix. This floor also has a utility and downstairs bathroom. On the first floor, there is a master room with French doors which I love to open on a sunny morning and drink coffee in bed. The bedroom also has a TV so you can chill with Netflix after a day of adventures. This floor also has a modern bathroom. On the second floor, there is a very large bedroom with an ensuite. There is an enclosed private garden at the back of the house where I enjoy sitting and catching some sunshine. Bistro set (table and 4 chairs with umbrella) and 2 sun loungers available. A few metres away there is a Chinese restaurant/takeaway, hairdressers, Polish shop (with delicious breads/ham/cheeses!) and Pizza takeaway. Also a 2 minute walk will bring you to the 'HalfWay House' - a traditional Irish pub (great Guinness). What you will love in the neighborhood: My 2 bedroom townhouse is in Ennis, Co. Clare. I am a 15 minute walk to the town centre where you can enjoy lots of restaurants/cafes/pubs/shops. My favourite coffee place is Mondo which is included in my photos. Amazing coffee! Shannon Airport is 18 minute drive. Dromoland Golf Club is 10 minute drive. Adare is 40 minute drive.
