There is plenty of outside seating for when the sun is out, and a beautiful conservatory to enjoy the view for when it’s raining or chilly. Or you can opt to gather and enjoy a drink in the fully furnished BARn for a nice get together after a long day. The property can accommodate 12 guests, with possibility for another 4 guests in a glamping tent. There are 6 bedrooms. The master bedroom with king sized bed and private en-suite with shower. A super large downstairs bedroom with Super king sized bed and private en-suite, which is wheelchair friendly. (You can request 2 single beds, and even a third single bed, in this room if you would prefer this set up.) Upstairs 4 bedrooms with double bed, and in the third room an extra single bed. These rooms are interconnected and share the main bathroom with bath and shower. Finally, there is also a glamping tent just next to the house that can sleep up to 4 people. For that, and for use when sitting outside, there is a shower/toilet block in front of the house with 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 basins. The main living space has 2 sofas and a cosy wood/turf stove for those chilly evenings. Here is also the TV with access to all channels and Netflix. The dining room can sit 10, and has it’s own microwave, minifridge and hot water kettle. The kitchen has a large refrigerator , microwave, coffee/tea making facilities, double oven, open hob and even a Rayburn cooker (oil fueled so no hassle with solid fuel) Additionally there is a fridge in the conservatory, and also in the fully furnished BAR where you will find more kitchen appliances and a gas BBQ. Location: 10 mins from Abbeyfeale with shops, restaurants and pubs, with nearest pub and shop in Brosna town only 5mins away. 45 minutes from Adare and the Adare Manor Golf Club.
