One of the 5 bedrooms is currently set up as a gym but can be converted back to a bedroom if that suits better. The gym contains a treadmill , spinning bike, Reebok step, bench, dumbbells and other accessories. The house sits on a half acre site with lawns to the front and back. The newly installed patio area provides ample room for a BBQ etc. The property is located 20 minutes from the outskirts of Limerick city, 15 minutes from the lovely town of Nenagh and 20 minutes from Ballina/Killaloe which is the gateway to beautiful Lough Derg. You will also have Ryan's Thatched pub 5 minutes walk from the house.
