It has a boot room area and large cold room pantry, a work desk as part of the kitchen storage dresser, a plant area and patio doors to patio seating for six and views of sloping garden, trees and hills with the sound of the river below. Double doors leads to the dining table with seating for six and steps down to the large sun/livingroom. Doors leads to a second patio on the west. It has seating and BBQ. Across this patio, the long wood drying and clothes shed has an awning to shelter from the rain. Inside, the west of the downstairs includes a library room and downstairs third bedroom with walk in wet room shower. The library has a smart tv and well-stocked shelves of the owner’s collection. There is a carved desk and chair as a workstation. The downstairs bed has a new breathable bamboo mattress. Upstairs the bedrooms are in different wings, the west has a sumptuous double mattress, there is a large round table, wardrobe and an extra single bed. The main bathroom is alongside this room. It has a bath and shower. Facing south is the Main Bedroom with king-sized bed and a Juliet balcony facing the mountains. There is a separate dressing area and an en-suite.
