A separate utility room accessed from the front hallway houses a washer, drier and sink, ideal for keeping wetsuits and water-sports equipment out of the way Dining area Perfectly situated for a meal with a view, the solid wood dining table overlooks the sea and seats eight comfortably. The whole living-kitchen-dining area has a wonderful feeling of spaciousness and warmth, aided by extra-height wooden ceilings, dotted with spotlights. Bedrooms To the rear of the house, taking full advantage of the stunning scenery are two double bedrooms with king sized beds, both with en suite shower rooms, ample built-in wardrobes, wooden floors and large cosy rugs underfoot. To the front of the house are two further bedrooms, one spacious twin room and one with a bunk bed featuring a double bed on the bottom bunk. Both bright and comfortable twin rooms also have fitted wardrobes.
