Our 5 bedroom split level house and 2 bedroom apartment located on the outskirts of Tralee town are now available as Ryder Cup Accommodation. Ballymakegoge, The Spa, Tralee, Co. Kerry V92 HX3H The setting of our home is truly idyllic, with breath-taking coastal and mountain views as well as rolling countryside making it is an ideal base for touring the south west counties of Ireland, we have many attractions such as the world famous Ring of Kerry ,the charming town of Killarney, scenic Dingle, Fenit green way and the wild Atlantic way. We are also surrounded by some truly beautiful golf courses. There are many good restaurants and bars in our town that is only 10 minutes’ drive. We also have two beautiful restaurants walking distance from the house “The Oyster Tavern” and the “Tankard”. The walk to the Tankard is along Fenit green way. We have a wonderful seafood deli also in the village. “Spa Seafood’s” which specialises in local produce and fish. Ryder Cup Accommodation with amazing views of Fenit pier with the entrance to the green way on our door step. We are so lucky to be surrounded by so many amazing beaches like Banna, Fenit and Barrow. Just to mention a few. Our town offers great visitors attractions like Siamsa Tíre, Aqua Dome and Blennerville Windmill. We are just 30 minutes from Kerry airport, 1 hour from Adare Golf Club H67C+MV, 5 minutes from the world famous Tralee Golf Club Barrow West, V92 A406, Designed by Arnold Palmer, 30 minutes ‘from Ballybunion golf course, V31 RX37 Just over an hour from Hogs Head golf club in Waterville RR9M+54. THE HOUSE. The Kitchen dining room and sun room are open plan. The utility room has a WC. The house has two sitting rooms and an office. There is a full bathroom off the hall. The main bedroom is en suite. The other 4 bedrooms have 2 bathrooms between them. Three double rooms and one room with twin beds. Spare beds are available on request. The large private garden has a patio and covered in dining area with garden furniture and a barbecue. (Excellent Wifi) THE APARTMET “The Blue Annex” has 2 bedrooms the main bedroom upstairs is en suite.The second bedroom with twin beds is down stairs. There is a WC in the hall. The apartment has a large kitchen dining room and separate sitting room looking out at Fenit pier. The Annex has its own private patio with garden furniture and Barbecue.
