Only 40 minutes drive to Shannon Airport and Adare Manor. Transfers to and from the airport and Adare Manor can be arranged. Dromineer village is home to the Lough Derg Yacht Club - one of the oldest sailing clubs in the world. Lough Derg offers opportunities for fishing, sailing etc. There is an aqua park in Dromineer.
