Games Room The ground floor hallway opens out into a games room with a pool table, with a small table and chairs for enjoying refreshments, and a downstairs WC. There is also a ping pong table stored in the walk-in wardrobe of the downstairs bedroom. Utility room The large utility room is big enough to act as a second kitchen, with lots of cupboard space, washer, dryer, dishwasher, double sink, microwave and plenty of room to store barbecue supplies, watersports equipment, golf clubs and more. From the utility you can directly access the kitchen, front hall and back garden. Bedrooms The first bedroom, on the ground floor, can be accessed from the main hallway, but also has a separate entrance from outside.
