This comfortable 5 bedroom family home is located 8 minutes drive from Adare village and sleeps 10-12 people. This spacious home is situated on 5 acres of unspoiled native Irish woodland and offers guests complete privacy. Stone wall boundaries offer security and peace of mind. This house offers 4 double bedrooms, one en-suite with a family bathroom. A large open plan sitting room complete with wood burning stove, opens into a generous dine-in kitchen, all with sweeping views of the gardens. Both rooms open onto the generous patio through French doors. The fifth bedroom is a private suite located in a custom built Canadian lodge, a short walk from the main house. Offering an en-suite shower room, a super king bed and luxurious furnishings, this suite contains a flat screen tv, mini-fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Just off the patio is a private games room with pool table, darts and flat screen tv. This space also contains a fully stocked bar. High speed fibre broadband, satellite tv including movies and sports are provided throughout for your entertainment. The garden is home to a small flock of chickens, an orchard and a vegetable garden. A seating area with a fire pit and bbq offer a multitude of outdoor dining and entertainment options. The lower garden is an open flat space. We are delighted to provide a welcome hamper of local produce which will cover the groups first breakfast to help settle in. Pedal assisted electric bicycles, Housekeeping, pre-stocking of preferred food products, airport transfers and catering available on request for a small additional fee. We are 20 minutes from Limerick city, 35 minutes from Shannon airport and approx 2 hours from Dublin airport. We are also a short walk from Curraghchase Forest Park, Stonehall Farm, Rigney's Farm and Hollypark Stables. Transfers to nearby golf clubs can be arranged with Ballybunion, Doonbeg, Lahinch, Limerick, Old Head of Kinsale and others all within a reasonable drive.
