Killarney also provides an excellent base for exploring some of Ireland’s most spectacular scenery, including Killarney National Park, the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Peninsula and the Beara Peninsula. Make your Ryder Cup trip an Irish experience Don’t just come to Ireland for the golf – While the house is located in a quiet, peaceful location, Killarney town is a short 5 minute drive from the house with grocery store and fast food restaurant even closer. Important things to note: Cork Airport; 1 hour and 10 mins (89km) Kerry Airport; 15 minutes (19km) Shannon Airport; 2 hours (110km). Transportation will be provided if needed. Killarney has a lot to offer for Golf lovers with Killarney Golf and Fishing Club on our doorstep and with renowned golf courses like Dooks Golf Club, Waterville Golf Links and Ring Of Kerry Golf Club very close so Golf fans will be spoiled for choice. This Accommodation is available for the week before and the week of the Ryder Cup and can be extended if clients want. The famous Links Golf Course at Trumps Hotel, Doonbeg is 10 km away and Lahinch Links Golf club is 15 km away. Shannon Airport is 45 minutes drive and Adare is a 70 minute drive from Spanish Point. This Ryder Cup Accommodation in an excellent central location, along The Wild Atlantic Way, to visit attractions like The Cliffs of Moher and The Burren. This three bedroomed Ryder Cup Accommodation has two double beds, two single beds, and a pull out double sofa bed. There is one ensuite with an electric shower and the main bathroom has a shower and bath facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker and hob, a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer microwave and dishwasher. The separate sitting room has a pellet stove and the house is heated by oil fired central heating. The house is a 5 minute walk from The Bellbridge Hotel and 10 minutes walk along the sea front, to The Armada Hotel. Both hotels offer excellent choices of food, music and dance. The local town of Miltown Malbay also has several excellent restaurants and is a 5 minute drive away. The house is overlooking Spanish Point Links Golf Course with spectacular views at sunset.
